I want to bring Cell Phone and Digital Camera From Usa to India. what precautions I should follow?

If you mean a combination cell phone with digital camera features, then I’d post this in the phone section.

If you mean a separate digital camera about the only concern is ability to download and manage the images and also any electrical outlet plug adapters that are necessary to recharge or use your camera. This is of course assuming the memory cards for the camera you choose are readily available in India as well.
