What better model of Digital Camera Canon Eos purchase will be compatible with my old Canon A1 lenses?
I have a series Camera Lens Use iw / my Canon A1. I'm considering the purchase of a new digital Camera Canon EOS. I w / c model is better than I can use my age with Canon lenses.
Unfortunately, your A1 uses the Canon fd lens mount. Canon abandons the frame Lens for EOS Mount Lens when it introduced its 35mm automatic approach in 1985. The Eos Mount is used in all SLRs Canon Digital. However, Canon does not offer an adapter to use the FD mount lenses mounted on Eos Body. You should be able to find one at: http://www.adorama.com http://www.keh.com http://www.bhphotovideo.com There is also an adapter to allow use of the Minolta MC / MD mount lenses on the Canon EOS Body Mount. (Minolta has also changed the Lens Mount in 1985 when it introduced its AF camera. The mountain of A – the Minolta Maxxum 7000 is used by Digital Slr cameras today with Sony). Please note that the use of the main objectives will require a manual approach and is likely to "stop" billing because there will be contacts between the lens and body to enable the automatic measurement.
