Nikon Lenses are interchangeable between Digital Cameras and not digital?
I have a Camera Nikon 35mm, Nikon objectives AF and 3. I want to buy a Nikon Digital Camera. Can I continue using these lenses?
The short answer is yes. Digital Slr Nikon compatible with the objectives of Nikon Film and cons with autofocus lenses. However, some digital Slr Cameras with Nikon lenses not autofocusing with no built-in AF motor (lens type lens AF-S). You have to focus manually with these cameras, unless you an AF-S lens. These cameras are the D40, D40 and D60. With the rest of the lineup may Nikon Lens, with autofocus Nikon AF: the D80, the D200, D300 and D3. (And now Chambers suspended D50/D70/D70s/D100) The only other thing to think about: changes in focusing. With all Nikon Cameras, with the exception of the D3, the distance length must be multiplied by 1.5 for the smaller sensor size. So a 50mm lens is like a 75mm lens (50×1.5). Or a 80-200mm seems to be a 120-300mm. But yes, you can still use your lenses for film because it definitely meters. And for autofocus, simply by choosing the camera right.
