How can you put photos on your computer to your SD memory card?

I recently received a Polaroid digital photo frame kit as a gift – that is a slide show digital photo frame. I have a new memory card to the frame of the image you want, without photo in it. I take pictures of my computer I have already and save the memory card, which comes in the picture frame. I work on a computer mobile phone, to insert the memory card into the slot and can not find the memory card for file copy / move images already recorded. How do I get photos from my computer on this memory card that will run through the image? All this is very useful, but I still a problem. If you simply plug the memory card into the laptop or put my memory card in my camera and connect my laptop, I can not find any file that says my SD card. No window appears (but makes a noise so I know the team is read) and when I go on my computer there is no new hardware found.

Assuming this is Windows, you should get a window asking you what to do with memory card. Otherwise, in Windows Explorer, you should see the SD card as a unit with a drive letter. Locate the images you want in the marking on each card. It is necessary to hold down the CTRL key and click each image you want. This allows you to select how the time. Once you select the one you want, click a prominent right-click and select Copy. Now go to the SD card and click it. Then make a right click and paste images from the SD card. Can also drag and drop one at a time the card too. If you do not see the map of May in the slot to be wrong or not inserted correctly. It is also possible that the card reader is off or disabled. It is unlikely however. You can try to insert SD card in Digital Camera and connect both to the computer. Some cameras allow you to access the card directly or add images on the card when it is in your camera.
