Am I entitled to an exchange for faulty mp3 player with no receipt or original packaging?
Ok so I bought a 4 GB mp3 player today at Argos I binned the outer packaging with receipt and later realized the mp3 player was faulty. I have the inner packaging and everything that came with the Mp3 player but no receipt, are they entitled to give me an exchange?
I think you might mean are they “obligated” or “required” to give you an exchange…

You have NO evidence that you actually purchased it from Argos!
Argos GAVE you a receipt, you just threw it away!
If you paid with a credit card, you might be able to prove that’s where you bought it, you might try that…
