Print to file problem?
I have Microsoft 2007 and a Konica Minolta 1350W Pro page when I plugged the printer prints file automatically. the area where you can do if you want to do is not selected. He says simply that "when: the file" When I go to print. I can not print anything … Help?
When the printer is not in the Printer drop-down box, it means the drivers are missing or damaged. Reinstall the printer driver software as explained in the manual of the printer.
