Wide Angle
Is there a big difference between a wide-angle compact camera and a regular compact camera?
Is it worth investing in a wide-angle compact camera that is 28mm than to just get a regular 35mm compact camera?
Is the difference obvious in the pictures taken?

I’m going to cheat: It depends.
Depends on you obviously. 28mm and 35mm could mean breath-taking landscape shots or just so-so landscape shots. It could also means taking group shots with ease or having a hard time asking your buddies to stick closer together because you can’t step further backwards anymore.
For me, I need 24mm.
If you never need to shoot anything that wide, it’s not for you.
